UPS Stores offer three notary services to meet your needs.

Notarize a document for use in the U.S.: $25 per signature
* Notarizations for use in the United States are charged at a rate of $25 per signature notarized.
* We can notarize documents written in any language provided an English translation is also included. The translator must sign an affidavit of accuracy attesting to the fact that the translation is true and correct, to the best of their ability.
* A UPS Store associate will administer an oath or affirmation to affirm that the contents of the document are true to the best of your knowledge. After you have signed the document, our notary public will then sign and stamp/seal the document.

Notarize a document for use outside the U.S.: $50 per signature
* Notarizations for use outside the United States are charged at a rate of $50 per signature notarized.
* We can notarize documents written in any language provided an English translation is also included. The translator must sign an affidavit of accuracy attesting to the fact that the translation is true and correct, to the best of their ability.
* A UPS Store associate will administer an oath or affirmation to affirm that the contents of the document are true to the best of your knowledge. After you have signed the document, our notary public will then sign and stamp/seal The Hague Convention Apostille .

Notary Fees Charged by UPS

The UPS notary service fee is $2 per notarized document. This means that if you need two documents notarized, the total cost would be $4. In addition to the notary fee, UPS also charges a $1 per notarized document service fee. So, if you need two documents notarized, the total cost would be $5.
